Eucalyptus, in detail

A single eucalyptus branch in watercolour, on a cream background deliberately left empty. The round leaves overlap, some more heavily pigmented than others, and the stem fades away towards the bottom. A sage green, almost grey, with no saturation at all.

Where to hang it

A kitchen, a bedroom, a dining room. It is the most discreet piece in the collection: it dresses a wall without giving it a subject, which is often what you want in a room that is already furnished.
