Circuit, in detail

The closed outline of a race circuit, traced as a double line in orange and amber on a sand-olive background: tight bends, a hairpin, a long straight at the bottom. No name, no flag: just the geometry of the track, as seen from the sky.

Where to hang it

A study, a teenager’s bedroom, a TV corner. More abstract than “Single-seater”, it speaks to racing fans without putting a car on the wall.

What it goes with

Black, khaki, leather, metal. The two Motorsport artworks are designed to hang together, the circuit above or to the left of the car.

Which size to choose

The 40 × 50 cm is enough to read the whole track. As a pair with “Single-seater”, keep the same size and the same frame so that the two read as a set.

Questions about this artwork

No: the track was created for the collection. It borrows the grammar of the great circuits (hairpin, esses, pit straight) without reproducing any of them.

It is the simplest gift in the Motorsport family: no team, no driver, so no risk of picking the wrong side. The complimentary engraving lets you add a nickname or a Grand Prix date.

Somewhere in between: a matte, soft olive sand that avoids the “road sign” effect a white background would have. A black or dark oak frame is recommended.
