Civil union, wedding, ten years together: the Realistic Portrait
When the date counts double, the Atelier takes over. Here, no image is generated on the fly: the scene is composed by hand, photorealistic, like a photograph no one was ever able to take. You order first, the preview reaches you by email within 24 to 48 hours, two revisions are included, and as long as nothing has been printed you are refunded. Four pointers so you can’t go wrong
The gift is simple to prepare. Here is what separates a pretty object from an artwork you will still be looking at in ten years.
Choose the size with the wall in mind
The 30 × 40 cm finds its place above a nightstand or in a hallway. The 40 × 50 cm, the most popular, holds its own above a chest of drawers. The 50 × 70 cm is made for a living-room wall or above the headboard. Fine Art framed print from €79 to €125, canvas from €69 to €105 depending on the size.
One photo only, but the right one
On a poster, your photo is placed as is, without retouching: choose one that is sharp, taken from fairly close, where both your faces are clearly visible, ideally framed vertically. For a painted portrait, two well-lit, front-facing photos are enough, one per person.
Write the details only the two of you know
The city, the exact date, the name of the newspaper, the headline, the film’s running time as an inside joke: those are the lines that make people laugh first, then cry. The preview recomposes as you type, so you can try ten different wordings before deciding.
Allow about ten days before the date
