The digital preview is ready in a few minutes. Once your portrait is approved and ordered, allow 4 to 7 working days in total: production (1 to 2 days) then tracked delivery (3 to 5 days).
Photos where each face is clearly visible and sharp, ideally facing the camera and well lit. Even old photos or imperfect shots often work: if needed, we restore and harmonise the faces.

Of course. The Family Portrait is one of the most moving gifts you can give. You can prepare the surprise from photos, and we take special care with the packaging for the occasion.
Your photos belong to you and remain strictly private. They are never reused or shared, serve only to create your portrait, and can be deleted on simple request. Uploads not converted into an order are automatically purged.
The stretched canvas starts at €34.90, the framed print (real wood + protective plexiglass) from €73. The exact price for each format and finish is shown at the creation stage, before any payment.
Tracked delivery is free over €60; below that, it costs €3.95. The amount is shown clearly in your cart, before payment, with no last-minute surprises.
Payment is 100% secure (Visa, Mastercard, CB, Apple Pay, PayPal) and you can pay in 3 instalments with Klarna. You only pay once your preview has been approved.
You approve your preview BEFORE paying: you therefore never pay for a portrait you have not approved. And if the likeness does not convince you, we redo it free of charge until it is right. As each print is personalised and made to order, it cannot be returned once production has begun (personalised item).
