This English translation is provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file placed on and read from your device (computer, tablet, smartphone) when you visit a website. On lullae.fr and lullae.com, cookies and trackers allow us to make the Site work properly, remember your choices and, with your consent, measure our audience.
2. Types of cookies used
Strictly necessary cookies
Essential for the Site to work, they do not require your consent. They allow us, for example, to manage your cart, your login session, security and the memory of your cookie preferences. Without them, some essential features could not be provided.
Audience measurement cookies
Subject to your consent, they help us understand how the Site is used (pages viewed, journeys, areas clicked) so that we can improve its content and ease of use. The Site uses Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps and anonymised session recordings), placed only after you accept.
Functional cookies
Subject to your consent where they are not strictly necessary, they make browsing more comfortable (remembering choices, enriched content).
Marketing / partner cookies
Subject to your consent, they may be placed by third parties to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns and personalise advertising. The Site uses the Meta pixel (Facebook / Instagram) and its Conversions API, which place cookies (e.g. _fbp) used to measure conversions and target advertising. These cookies are placed only after you accept, never before.
3. Summary table
- Necessary: technical and security purposes; from the length of the session up to 13 months.
- Audience measurement: statistics and ease of use (Microsoft Clarity); 13 months maximum, placed only after consent.
- Functional: comfort; 13 months maximum.
- Marketing: advertising (Meta pixel:
_fbp,_fbc); 13 months maximum, placed only after your consent.
Cookies are kept for no longer than 13 months and your consent is kept for 6 months at most, in line with the recommendations of the CNIL (the French data protection authority).
4. Your consent
On your first visit, a banner tells you about the use of cookies and lets you accept or refuse them with a single click, both choices being shown together. Non-essential cookies (including the Meta pixel) are placed only once your consent has been given. Refusing non-necessary cookies has no effect on your access to the Site.
The choice is separate for each purpose: with “Let me choose”, you can accept audience measurement without accepting advertising, or the other way round. Cookies that are strictly necessary for the Site to work are not subject to this choice and are marked as such.
So that we can demonstrate your consent as the regulations require, each choice is recorded in an internal register as a receipt: a random identifier, the date, the version of the system and the purposes accepted. This register contains neither your IP address, nor your browser, nor the pages visited.
5. Managing and withdrawing your consent
You can change your preferences at any time:
- by clicking “Manage cookies” at the bottom of every page: the panel reopens on your current choices, which you can withdraw as easily as you gave them;
- by doing nothing: your choice is remembered for only 6 months, after which you are asked again;
- by clearing the Site’s browsing data (cookies and local storage) in your browser: the choice banner will then reappear on your next visit;
- by setting your browser to block or delete cookies; most browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) offer these settings in their help or privacy menu.
Withdrawing consent is as simple as giving it and does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
