Hand-pulled Mulberry silk and Merino wool, enveloped in Dupont™ Sorona® plant fiber, antibacterial and anti-mite cotton, and small individual pocketed springs. Encased in a natural blend of Mulberry silk and 100% cotton ticking.
Foundation Layer
Abundant layers of Merino wool, Dupont™ Sorona® plant fiber, and resin cotton laid on independent 8”/20cm hourglass springs in natural cotton casing, with a layer of jute felt and fluffy cotton. Encased in an outer layer of Mulberry silk and 100% cotton ticking.

Order Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation email with all order and payment details.
Production: Your order will then proceed to be crafted with care.
Final Payment: Settle the remaining balance before your order ships from the factory.
Delivery: Expect to receive your mattress within 3 months.

Your furniture will be delivered to your home on the scheduled delivery date you select during checkout.
Enjoy up to 2 months of complimentary storage from the estimated delivery date.
Beyond the 2-month complimentary storage period, a storage fee of 5% of the item's value per month will apply. To arrange for a storage extension, please contact us.

Should you choose to cancel your order or any item(s) therein due to a change of preference, kindly notify us within ONE Day (24 hours) after the sales order confirmation was sent to you. In such an event, you will be refunded without incurring any additional charges.
Refunds for Singapore orders will be processed without incurring any additional charges.
Refund for international orders, please note that an administration fee of SGD$30 applies in the case of a refund request. This fee covers the administrative costs incurred by the bank for processing the refund.
Cancellation initiated after ONE Day (24 hours) subsequent to order confirmation will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 40% of the per-line-item price sold (after applicable discounts), ascribed to logistical and handling expenditures.
Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted as all our items are made to order. Once an order is confirmed, processed, or delivered, it cannot be changed.
